Last year it felt like we renovated everything in our house. Everything, that is, but the kitchen sink. It has had a leak since we bought the house but we've managed to finagle the handle to minimize the leak. We even got to the point of turning the hot water off below the sink and left the handle in the "maximum hot" position. That made for an awkward experience when you wanted to wash your hands or do the dishes.
After two years of rigging things to limp along, this was the end result in the "off" position. Freely flowing water all the time! Oh, the water bill did not like that.

After I had taken the kids on a quick trip to Knoxville we returned to a new kitchen faucet and sink. Function makes life so nice! Trent replaced both the sink and the faucet right after his board exam.
