We had so much fun on New Year's Eve. We invited our friends, the Francis's, over and they came with their 3 boys. We started the night making homemade pizza and let the kids play while we chatted and played some board games.
I loved that the kids got this game of Monopoly Jr. going all on their own.
We had decided to ring in the New Year around 9:30 pm so the kids could participate and enjoy the festivities. We had fun making a lot of noise on the deck.
And then went inside to do our confetti poppers since it was a little chilly outside. I love that the kids love these celebrations so much.
And we all enjoyed dessert together.
The Francis's were on their way home by about 10:00 pm to put their little brood to bed. We got kids in bed and then stayed up to "ring in" the new year in a very relaxed way. It was a great party!
