Keepin' Busy

Trent keeps a pretty busy schedule. In addition to his school/study schedule, he has been working hard on improving our little yard. Last Saturday his grandpa came over and helped him pour some cement to add to the small square that was already exsisting. His grandpa has been so generous in his help and Trent has loved learning more about different construction projects from him.

In the meantime, Trent also put in some sprinklers and planted that adorable little dwarf orange tree you see in the picture below. Now for the exciting part: lastnight we planted grass seed. I am sooooooo excited to have a little bit of green for Heidi to play on. She is tired of being cooped up during the hot summer and we are definitely excited to take advantage of the great weather we will be having the next few months. Maybe we'll have a suntan by Christmas?

Oh, it looks great...nice a brown just like AZ grass grows:) That will be very nice when it comes in and how long before oranges? At least you will have the blossoms this next year...that is the smell of heaven on earth! How fun that you had Grandpa the Great to help out! He's my favorite!
