For Grandma...From Heidi

Sometimes Heidi is just fun & funny! Here is a 3-minute video clip of Sunday morning with two parents as her audience. Heidi is in to throwing her balls in the house. She loses them sometimes. This first video started with her looking for her ball. Soon enough she forgets it and finds enjoyment out of running around. A few times Heidi wants to look at the camera's pictures (you know how you can see pictures previously taken). Trent signs to her to divert her attention to a different object.
For a while now, Trent and Heidi have been able to hold little conversations in sign language (with Trent doing most of the talking). It is neat to see Heidi respond to two different languages.
The word that sounds like "achew" means "sit," "chair," or "couch." Notice that she is signing that one too.
To top it off, Heidi takes the telephone and procedes to have a conversation with herself (or whoever is supposed to be on the telephone when you talk to it). It's cute

This second video was shot before the first, but it is shorter. Heidi goes to the music stand and, if you listen carefully over the background music, you can hear her sing, "La la la..." You can also see her throwing her ball in who knows which direction.
